Here is a list of all of the different types of microgreens that we grow. We are planning to add more variety as our business grows, too.

Broccoli Greens

Mild, fresh, with a slightly bitter flavor. Close your eyes. Imagine you are biting into a broccoli tree, you know, the top part. That’s what these taste like. If you have a dish that needs broccoli, but you don’t want to have to cut up broccoli because that sucks, you’re going to like this. (Sold by the Ounce)

Radish Greens

Spicy, earthy flavor with a bite. This is like eating a radish straight from the ground. If you like radishes, this is your boy. It is also really pretty, so if you need your food to have that certain je ne sais quoi, you’re going to want to have this on hand. (Sold by the Ounce)

Beet Greens

Earthy... fresh... beety. If you like a good beet every once in a while, but don't have the time to eat a lot of them at once, this is what you need. Maybe you don't like beets, but need a garnish? If so, this is EXACTLY what you need. Just look at these babies. That's a 5-star meal garnish right there! And all without the red-stained fingertips! (Sold by the Ounce)

Mixed Blends

Here is a list of all of the different mixes of microgreens that we grow. We are planning to add more variety as our business grows, too.

The Green Mix

Fresh, green, sweet, and earthy. This is quite literally like eating an amazing salad, sans dressing, but you get every piece of the salad in each bite. It’s the dream of salad-eating. The best part is you can put it on your salad! This mix includes arugula, kohlrabi, romaine lettuce, cabbage, and kale. (Sold by the Ounce)

That Spicy Mix

Earthy, spicy, sweet. This mix includes arugula, kohlrabi, romaine, cabbage, kale, mustard, and radish. You may think plants can’t be spicy if they aren’t peppers. You’d be wrong. Besides being an attractive mix of microgreens (just look at it!), this will add a kick of flavor to anything you add it to. (Sold by the Ounce)
