Can't ALWAYS Be Healthy // Microgreens Can Help You Try!

Microgreens are one of the most versatile ways to add veggies to your diet. Today I have been running around like crazy and didn't have time to make myself anything special, so microwave spicy noodles it is!


I simply toss in a handful of microgreens when it's done, and KABLAM! It's now 100% healthy!


(This is definitely not true, it's still microwave noodles, but now with a serving of veggies and some more yummy flavor)



So when life's kicking your butt and barely giving you time to eat, just remember that even if your meal isn't the healthiest option out there, you can still get your vitamins and minerals without running yourself crazy. Three minutes in the microwave and you're good to go!
