We all know you can put microgreens on just about any food, but have you tried them in a smoothie? Get your serving of veggies in first thing in the morning by tossing in a handful of That Green Mix into any smoothie recipe!

That Green Mix is packed with zinc, iron, magnesium, potassium, antioxidants, and, of course, FLAVOR! Research shows that microgreens contain more concentrated nutrients than their full-grown counterpart, meaning this smoothie, with 1 ounce of That Green Mix, contains a full serving of vegetables!
This particular recipe wasn't written down, but that's the brilliance of smoothies... the recipe is whatever your heart wants it to be! We threw together healthy handful of frozen berries, a couple cups of oat milk, and about half-an-ounce of That Green Mix. As you can see, our son loves it!
