Some Call It Rabbit Food ~:~:~ I Call It Bursting With Flavor!

I know what you're thinking... this is a massive overkill on the veggies, right? But can you blame me when all it takes to maintain a healthy dinner is to throw a few vegetables together in a bowl? More importantly, it must taste fantastic!

To be honest, this individual bowl of salad was probably a week's worth of the recommended serving size of vitamins and nutrients all wrapped up into one spectacular meal.
Well, overkill or not... at least you know we practice what we preach!
Recipe:
A spring salad mix combined with cucumbers, bell peppers, an ounce of That Spicy Mix, and a half-ounce of That Green Mix... giving it a slight drizzle of olive oil, a splash of lime juice, and a little salt and pepper... and that's all that is needed to make life a little more delicious!
Of course, it's up to you! I added an entire ounce of That Spicy Mix because it's my favorite, but if you don't like that much zip to your salad, feel free to use less. I considered throwing some almonds and apples in the mix, but we were out of almonds and I was too hungry to waste more time slicing up an apple. To each their own, I guess!
