Environmentally Friendly! Our Impact on the World.

This is the most satisfying part of the harvest (other than eating the greens, of course). We call these our dirty Swiss cake rolls.

We are working on lessening our carbon footprint as much as possible and we will be composting as much as possible.

We already use 100% organic growth medium and organic, non-GMO seeds. We don't use any fertilizers and use filtered water to water our microgreens.

Once we are done harvesting our microgreens, these rolls are tossed straight into the compost heap, returning to nature as nutritious soil.
